Our Process

The first step is deciding what type of surface is best for you. Review our Compare page to help you choose a surface.
If you’re unsure, call us or visit our showroom and we’ll make suggestions based on your needs.

Next you’ll want to pick out colors and/or patterns from our vast selection of samples. You can drop into our showroom or schedule an appointment with one of our  sales experts.


Once you decide to purchase a countertop:
Measure the width, length and depth of your countertops and fax, email or bring them to us with any drawings you may have and products you’ve chosen. Use our instructions on How to Measure. We will give you an initial price quote based on these dimensions and your surface choices.

This price is an estimate. All quotes are subject to change depending on your final size, materials and specifications.


After you’ve approved your quote and completed the purchase, we will do our template measuring. We will call you
to schedule an appointment within 2 business days after payment. Appointments are made during business hours
(8:00am – 4:30pm) on Monday – Friday and Saturdays upon request. If you need to re-schedule, please let us know one business day prior to cancellation.


We will visit your home to get exact measurements and then make a template. A template is an exact pattern of your new countertop created by one of our certified fabricators.

In order to create an accurate template of your new countertop, we ask that the following conditions be met:

  • Your cabinets need to be finished and level
  • Your countertops must be cleared off
  • You must have finished walls where countertops will be secured
  • Sinks, stove, and faucets must be on site
  • Corbels or support must also be installed
  • Decision maker MUST be present in order to verify and sign off on all countertop details
  • Any changes in the original price quote will be noted


Once the countertop is ready, we will call you to schedule the installation. If you need to re-schedule, please let us know at least one business day prior to cancellation.


We will call you prior to your installation to verify and specify the range of time the installers will arrive at your home.

Please be sure all access and entry ways to your home and work space are cleared.

Your countertops must be removed (unless we have included removal in your quote).

Our install team will arrive at the scheduled time and perform the installation. All our installers are uniformed, professional and English-speaking so you can feel safe and be confident in communicating any concerns or questions.

After Installation

Our customers are always the most important part of our process. We ask that you complete our brief  survey after your installation is complete. We welcome any suggestions to make our service the best!
